c) persons required to pay taxes on property within the Whitehorse Periphery Region classed as agricultural are exempted from having to pay 29% of their property taxes. 7.

(1) The following classes of persons are exempted partially from their liability to pay taxes levied by the Commissioner in Executive Council in this order: (

a) persons required to pay taxes on property within the Teslin Area classed as residential are exempted from having to pay 17.5% of their property taxes. (

b) persons required to pay taxes on property within the Teslin Area classed as non residential are exempted from having to pay 7.5% of their property taxes; and 5.
