In this Directive: a) “Minister” means the Minister responsible for the Yukon Housing Corporation or their delegate; and b) “Property” means the real property known as 407 Alexander Street, Whitehorse, Yukon, legal description Lot 9 Block 40, Whitehorse, YT, Plan No. 18415. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE 3. The Minister may , if the owner is willing to sell at or below the amount set out in 4., below, acquire the Property for the Yukon Housing Corporation. 4. The Minister may offer up to $650,000 to purchase the Property from the registered owner. 5.

For clarity, the Minister may execute all documents, including a purchase and sale agreement, required for the purpose of acquiring the Property. 6. If the offer is not accepted and the transaction does not proceed, the Minister will report that information back to Management Board.
