ANNEXE All that portion of the Northwest Territories in the vicinity of the community of Fort McPherson as shown on the 1:50,000 scale National Topographic Series Map 106 M/7 Edition 2 produced by the Surveys and Mapping Branch, Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, Government of Canada, Ottawa and being more particularly described as follows: Toute cette

partie des Territoires du Nord-Ouest située à proximité de la communauté de Fort McPherson, telle qu'indiquée sur la carte 106M/7, première édition, du Système national de référence topographique établie selon une échelle de 1/50 000 par la Direction des levés et de la cartographie, ministère de l'Énergie, des Mines et des Ressources à Ottawa, et plus particulièrement décrite comme il suit : Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1003, Quad 106 M/7 as shown on a plan of survey registered in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District as Plan 1730; commençant à l'angle nord-est du lot 1003, quadrilatère 106M/7 tel qu'indiqué sur un plan d'arpentage enregistré au Bureau des titres de biens- fonds pour la circonscription d'enregistrement des Territoires du Nord-Ouest sur le plan 1730; thence northwest in a straight line to the intersection of the middle thread of the Peel River with northing 7,474,500 m N at approximate easting of 503,700 m E; de là, en ligne droite vers le nord-ouest jusqu'à l'intersection du milieu de la rivière Peel avec une distance au nord de 7 474 500 m N. et à environ 503 700 m E. à l'est; thence northerly following the middle thread of the Peel River and passing to the west of two islands at approximate co-ordinates of 7,476,500 m N and 504,000 m E to the point of intersection with northing 7,482,400 m N at approximate easting of 505,300 m E; de là, en direction nord suivant ledit milieu de la rivière Peel passant à l'ouest de deux îles situées aux coordonnées approximatives de 7 476 500 m N. et de 504 000 m E. jusqu'à leur point d'intersection avec une distance au nord de 7 482 400 m N. et à environ 505 300 m E. à l'est; thence grid east to a point at 7,482,400 m N and 510,000 m E; de là, vers l'est jusqu'au point de quadrillage de 7 482 400 m N. et de 510 000 m E.; thence southerly in a straight line to the most easterly extremity of an unnamed lake at approximate northing of 7,474,300 m N and approximate easting of 509,600 m E; de là, en ligne droite vers le sud jusqu'à l'extrémité est d'un lac innommé situé à une distance au nord à environ 7 474 300 m N. et à environ 509 600 m E. à l'est; thence in a southerly direction following the easterly bank of a chain of lakes and streams to the mouth of an unnamed stream at approximate northing of 7,472,250 m N and approximate easting of 509,650 m E; de là, en direction sud suivant la rive est d'une chaîne de lacs et de cours d'eau jusqu'à l'embouchure d'un cours d'eau innommé situé à une distance au nord à environ 7 472 250 m N. et à environ 509 650 m E. à l'est; thence in a southerly direction following the easterly bank of the unnamed stream to the point of intersection with northing 7,470,600 m N at approximate easting of 509,800 m E; de là, en direction sud suivant la rive est dudit cours d'eau innommé jusqu'au point d'intersection à une distance au nord de 7 470 600 m N. et à environ 509 800 m E. à l'est; thence westerly in a straight line to the point of commencement. de là, en ligne droite vers l'ouest jusqu'au point de départ.
