PARTIE II MINISTERIAL ORDERS ARRÊTÉS MINISTÉRIELS FILED M.O. 2019/27 30 August, 2019 OIL AND GAS ACT Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Act, the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources orders 1. For each of oil and gas permits No. 0008 through No. 0011 (

a) the initial term is extended by three years so that each initial term now ends on August 30, 2022; (

b) the renewal term, being for a length of two years, now ends on August 30, 2024; and (

c) the resulting total length of the initial term and the renewal term is 17 years. 2. For oil and gas permit No. 0019 (

a) the renewal term is extended by four years so that the renewal term now ends on August 30, 2023; and (

b) the resulting total length of the initial term and the renewal term is 14 years. 3.

(1) In this

section "first nations communications and engagement plan" means the plan filed under O.I.C. 2016/169 and revised in accordance with M.O. 2017/37. « plan de participation et de communication avec les premières nations »

(2) It is a condition of this Order that Chance Oil and Gas Limited must file annual reports with the Division Head, in accordance with subsection (3) and to the satisfaction of the Division Head, about the implementation of the first nations communications and engagement plan.

(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), Chance Oil and Gas Limited must file (

a) la durée initiale est prolongée de trois ans, de sorte que chaque durée initiale prend fin le 30 août 2022;

b) la durée du renouvellement est de deux ans et prend fin le 30 août 2024;

c) la durée totale initiale et de renouvellement qui en résulte est de 17 ans. 2. Pour le permis de pétrole et de gaz no 0008 :

a) la durée de renouvellement est prolongée de quatre ans, de sorte que sa durée prend maintenant fin le 30 août 2023;

b) la durée totale initiale et de renouvellement qui en résulte est de 14 ans. 3.
