section of the Area Development Act , the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows 1.

Schedule B of the M’Clintock Place Development Area Regulation is amended by rezoning Lot 65, plan CLSR, 88-181 LTO from Recreational Vehicle Campground to Cottage Residential. Dated at Whitehorse, Yukon, this July 2006. ______________________________________________________ Commissioner of Yukon
