LOI SUR LES BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES WHATÌ LIQUOR PROHIBITION REGULATIONS R-055-2008,s.2. RÈGLEMENT SUR LA PROHIBITION DES BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES À WHATÌ R-055-2008, art. 2. Application Application 1.

(1) These regulations apply to Whatì. 1.

(1) Le présent règlement s’applique à Whatì.

(2) For the purposes of these regulations, Whatì is deemed to consist of all that portion of the Northwest Territories that lies within a radius of km from the building in Whatì commonly known as the Mezi Community School. R-055-2008,s.3.

(2) Pour l’application du présent règlement, Whatì est réputé comprendre toute la

partie des Territoires du Nord-Ouest située dans un rayon de km de l’édifice connu sous le nom d’école communautaire Mezi à Whatì. R-055-2008, art. 3. Prohibition Prohibition 2. No person shall, within Whatì, have in his or her possession, purchase, sell or transport liquor. R-055–2008,s.4. 2.
