LOI SUR LES HAMEAUX ORDER RESPECTING THE NAME OF THE HAMLET OF TULITA ARRÊTÉ RELATIF AU NOM DU HAMEAU DE TULITA

WHEREAS the Council of the Hamlet of Fort Norman has requested the Minister to change the name of the municipal corporation to the Hamlet of Tulita;

WHEREAS the Minister considers it to be in the public interest to change the name of the municipal corporation as requested; The Minister, on the recommendation of the Executive Council, under

section 4.1 of the Hamlets Act and every enabling power, orders as follows: Attendu : que le conseil du hameau de Fort Norman a demandé au ministre de changer le nom de la municipalité du hameau de Tulita; que le ministre estime que l'intérêt public commande le changement de nom de la municipalité en conformité avec la demande, le ministre, sur la recommandation du Conseil exécutif, en vertu de l'article 4.1 de la
