LOI SUR LES BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES FORT MCPHERSON LIQUOR RESTRICTION REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LES RESTRICTIONS RELATIVES AUX BOISSONS ALCOOLISÉES À FORT MCPHERSON The Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, under

section of the Liquor Act and every enabling power, makes the Fort McPherson Liquor Restriction Regulations. Le commissaire des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, en vertu de l’article de la

Loi sur les boissons alcoolisées et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur les restrictions relatives aux boissons alcoolisées à Fort McPherson. 1. In these regulations, "restricted area" means all that portion of the Northwest Territories that lies within a radius of km of the Tetlit Co-op Store in the Hamlet of Fort McPherson. 1. Dans le présent règlement, «secteur de restriction» s’entend de toute

partie des Territoires du Nord-Ouest comprise dans un rayon de km du magasin coopératif Tetlit dans le hameau de Fort McPherson. R-097-2007, art. 2. 2.

(1) Subject to subsection (3), no person shall bring into the restricted area, in any seven day period, a quantity of spirits in excess of ml. 2.

(1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (3), nul ne peut apporter sur une base hebdomadaire, dans le secteur de restriction, une quantité de spiritueux supérieure à 2280 ml.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), no person shall operate within the restricted area a vehicle having two or more occupants and transporting a quantity of spirits that exceeds ml.

(2) Sous réserve du paragraphe (3), nul ne peut conduire un véhicule, dans le secteur de restriction, avec au moins deux occupants et transporter une quantité de spiritueux supérieure à 4560 ml.

(3) The limit set out in subsection (1) does not apply to a person authorized by the Fort McPherson Hamlet Council to bring into the restricted area a greater quantity of spirits for consumption at a wedding, community event or other special occasion. R-058-2019,s.2.

(3) La limite prévue au paragraphe (1) ne vise pas la personne qui est autorisée par le conseil de hameau de Fort McPherson à apporter dans le secteur de restriction une quantité de spiritueux aux fins de consommation lors d’un mariage, d’un évènement communautaire ou d’une autre occasion spéciale. R-058-2019, art. 2. 3. Every person who violates any provision of these regulations is guilty of an offence and liable on

summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days or to both. 3. Quiconque contrevient à toute disposition du présent règlement commet une infraction et est passible, sur déclaration de culpabilité par procédure

sommaire, d'une amende maximale de 500 $ et d'une peine d'emprisonnement maximale de jours ou de l'une de ces peines. 4. These regulations (

a) come into force on February 15, 2007; and (

b) apply according to their terms before they are published in the Northwest Territories Gazette. 4.
