LOI SUR HABITATION TERRITOIRES DU NORD-OUEST BEHCHOKÖ KÖ GHA K’ÀODÈE ORDER R-061-2010,s.2. ARRÊTÉ SUR LE BEHCHOKÖ KÖ GHA K’ÀODÈE R-061-2010, art. 2. 1. In this order, "Authority" means the Behchokö Kö Gha K’àodèe referred to in

section 2. R-061-2010,s.3. 1. Dans le présent arrêté, «office» s’entend du Behchokö Kö Gha K’àodèe prévu à l’article 2. R-061-2010, art. 3. 2. The Rae-Edzo Housing Authority is continued as the Behchokö Kö Gha K’àodèe to operate within the boundaries of the community of Behchokö as set out in

The office of the Authority shall be located within the boundaries of the community of Behchokö as set out in

The Authority may make by-laws governing the conduct of the business of the Authority, but no such by-law is effective until it is approved by the President of Housing Northwest Territories. R-075-2023, art. 2. 8. The Authority may, in addition to exercising its powers under the

Interpretation Act, (

a) acquire and hold, by way of lease or other instrument, such lands and buildings as may be necessary for the proper operation, management and maintenance of any housing project that may be lawfully assigned to it; (

b) maintain, repair and renovate the buildings comprising any housing project under its management and control; 8. En plus d’exercer les attributions qui lui sont conférées aux termes de la Loi d’interprétation, l’Office peut :

a) acquérir et garder, par l’entremise d’un bail ou autrement, les terrains et les bâtiments nécessaires à la gestion, à l’exploitation et à l’entretien de tout ensemble d’habitation qui lui est confié;

b) entretenir, réparer et rénover les bâtiments faisant

partie de tout projet d’habitation dont il a la responsabilité de la gestion et 1 (

c) let and sublet land or premises held by it in accordance with the terms of leases or subleases that are in forms approved by the President of Housing Northwest Territories; and (

d) employ, on the conditions that the Authority may determine, any officer designated under
