Loi sur la Cour suprême . 2 Paragraph 3(1)(

a) of the Act is repealed and the f ollowing paragraph is substituted for it “(

a) a Chief Justice, and at least one judge but no more than two judges, appointed by the Governor in Council; ” 2 L’alinéa 3(1)

a) un juge en chef et un ou d eux juges, tous nommés par le gouverneur en conseil; » 3 Subsection 3(2) of the Act is repealed and the following subsection is substituted for it “

(2) The Chief Justice shall establish the sittings of the Court and shall assign the judges, supernumer ary judges, or deputy judges to the sittings as are required for due despatch of the business of the Court, and shall give any directions and notice as may be required, and has all the powers, rights, incidents, privileges, and immunities of a Chief Justic e of a superior court of record. ” 3 Le paragraphe 3(2) de la loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : «
