LOI SUR LES ARCHIVES PUBLICATIONS REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LES PUBLICATIONS The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Public Records Committee, under subsection 11(1) of the Archives Act and every enabling power, makes the Publications Regulations. Le commissaire, sur la recommandation du comité des documents publics, en vertu du paragraphe 11(1) de la

Loi sur les archives et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur les publications. 1. In these regulations, "publication" means any public record produced, printed or released for general or limited public distribution by a government body, but does not include a public record of a confidential nature or a public record produced solely for use by a government body. 1.

Dans le présent règlement, «publication» s’entend de tout document public produit, imprimé ou distribué au grand public de façon générale ou restreinte par un organisme gouvernemental, sauf les documents publics de nature confidentielle ou les documents publics pour l’utilisation exclusive d’un organisme gouvernemental. 2. A government body shall, within seven days of producing, printing or releasing a publication, (

a) provide four copies of the publication to the library of the Legislative Assembly; and (

b) provide one copy of the publication to the Archivist. 2. Un organisme gouvernemental doit, dans les sept jours suivant la production, l’impression ou la distribution d’une publication :

a) remettre quatre copies de la publication à la bibliothèque de l’Assemblée législative;
