AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT REGULATION TO AMEND THE GRIZZLY VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AREA REGULATIONS 1 Thrs Regulation amends the Grizzly Valley Develoqment Arca Regulations. 2

Schedule 2 of the Grizzly Valley Development Area Regulations is amended by rezoning the parcel of land adjacent to Lot 1035, Quad 105 E/03 and designated as Agricultural Application #822, comprising 6.0 hectares more or less, and shown as shaded on the Appendix to this Regulation, from H (Hinterland) to AG (Agdcultural Holdings). 2011 /11 5

LOI SUR L'AMÉNAGEMENT RÉGIONAL RÈGLEMENT MODIFIANT LE RÈGLEMENT SUR LA RÉGION D'AMÉNAGEMENT DE GRIZZLY VALLEY 1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la régíon d'aménagement de Grizzly VaIIE. 2 L'annexe Z dt Règlement suî la régíon d'aménagement de Grizzly Valley est modifiée par le rezonage de la parcelle de terre adiacente au lot 1035, quadrilatère 105 E/03 et connue sous le nom de demande pour zonage agricole no 822, d'une superficie d'environ 6 hectares, identifiée en ombragé à l'appendice du présent règlement.
