LOI SUR HABITATION TERRITOIRES DU NORD-OUEST SOMBA KE' HOUSING AUTHORITY ORDER ARRÊTÉ SUR L'OFFICE D'HABITATION DE SOMBA KE' 1. In this Order, "Authority" means the Somba Ke' Housing Authority, continued under

section 2. 1. S'entend au terme «office», l'office d'habitation de Somba Ke', prorogé en vertu de l'article 2. 2. The housing authority called the Somba Ke' Housing Authority, incorporated to operate within (

a) that portion of the City of Yellowknife shown as Lot 500, Group on the Land Titles Office plan filed as number 254, and (

b) that portion of the Northwest Territories shown as Lot 859, Group on the Land Titles Office plan filed as number 322, which includes the community of Detah, is continued. R-062-2010,s.2. 2. A majority of the members may designate any member, other than the chairperson or vice-chairperson, as an officer of the Authority where they consider it necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Authority. 5. The Authority may make by-laws governing the conduct of the business of the Authority, but no such by-law is effective until it is approved by the President of Housing Northwest Territories. The Authority may, in addition to exercising its powers under the

Interpretation Act, (

a) acquire and hold, by way of lease or other instrument, such lands and buildings as may be necessary for the proper operation, management and maintenance of any housing project that may be lawfully assigned to it; (
