LOI SUR L’ASSURANCE-HOSPITALISATION ET L’ADMINISTRATION DES SERVICES DE SANTÉ ET DES SERVICES SOCIAUX DEHCHO REGIONAL WELLNESS COUNCIL ESTABLISHMENT ORDER ARRÊTÉ CONSTITUANT LE CONSEIL RÉGIONAL DU MIEUX-ÊTRE DE DEHCHO The Minister, under

section of the Hospital Insurance and Health and Social Services Administration Act and every enabling power, makes the Dehcho Regional Wellness Council Establishment Order. Le ministre, en vertu de l’article de la

Loi sur l’assurance-hospitalisation et l’administration des services de santé et des services sociaux e t d e t o u t pouvoir habilitant, prend l’Arrêté constituant le conseil régional du mieux-être de Dehcho. 1.

(1) A regional council named the Dehcho Regional Wellness Council is established for the area described in respect of the following electoral districts that are named and described in

Schedule A of the Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act: (

a) Deh Cho; (

b) Nahendeh. 1.

(1) Est constitué le conseil régional du mieux-être de Dehcho pour la région décrite relativement aux circonscriptions électorales suivantes, qui sont nommées et décrites à l’annexe A de la

Loi sur l’Assemblée législative et le Conseil exécutif :

a) Deh Cho;

b) Nahendeh.

(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1)(a), the area of the Hay River Reserve and the area within the boundaries of the Hamlet of Enterprise are not included in the area for which the Dehcho Regional Wellness Council is established.
