Loi sur l’évaluation et la taxation, décrète : 1. Est constituée une commission de révision de l’évaluation foncière appelée la Commission de révision foncière du sud-ouest du Yukon, pour la

partie du territoire du Yukon située au sud de la latitude 63° Nord et à l’ouest de la longitude 138° Ouest ainsi que pour la

partie située au sud de la latitude 62° Nord, à l’ouest de la longitude 137° Ouest et à l’est de la longitude 138° Ouest. 2. Les membres de la Commission de révision de l’évaluation foncière du sud-ouest du Yukon sont : Bruce O’Neill – président Bernie Genier – vice- président Martin Eckervogt – membre. 3. La Commission de révision de l’évaluation foncière du sud-ouest du Yukon débute ses séances pour entendre des plaintes relatives au rôle d’évaluation foncière le 15 février 2005. 4. Willard Phelps is appointed as chair of the Yukon Development Corporation board of directors for a one year term. 2. The appointment of David Morrison as chair of the Yukon Development Corporation board of directors is revoked. 3. The remuneration of the chair of the Yukon Development Corporation is fixed at $38,000 per annum and is to be paid by the Yukon Development Corporation.

Loi sur la Société de développement du Yukon, décrète : 1. Willard Phelps est nommé président du conseil d’administration de la Société de développement du Yukon pour un mandat d’un an. 2. La nomination de David Morrison à

titre de président du conseil d’administration de la Société de développement du Yukon est révoquée. 3. Le président du conseil d’administration de la Société de développement du Yukon reçoit une rémunération annuelle de 38 000 $ payable par la Société de développement du Yukon. 4. section 19 and subsection 23(1) of the Assessment and Taxation Act, the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows 1. An Assessment Review Board, to be known as the Central Yukon Assessment Review Board, is hereby established for all that part of the Yukon Territory (

a) lying to the south of 61 degrees 45 minutes north latitude, west of 131 degrees west longitude and east of 137 degrees west longitude; (

b) lying to the south of 63 degrees north latitude, west of 136 degrees west longitude, north of 62 degrees north latitude, and east of 138 degrees west longitude; (

c) lying to the south of 62 degrees north latitude, west of 136 degrees west longitude, north of 61 degrees 45 minutes north latitude and east of 137 degrees west longitude. 2. The following persons are appointed as members of the Central Yukon Assessment Review Board Jim Yamada - chair John McCormick - vice-chair Marie Cox – member. 3. The Central Yukon Assessment Review Board shall commence sitting to hear complaints against the assessment roll prior to February 15, 2005. 4. This order shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2005 and shall expire on the 31st day of December, 2005.
