LOI SUR LES ASSOCIATIONS COOPÉRATIVES CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS FEES REGULATIONS RÈGLEMENT SUR LES DROITS RELATIFS AUX ASSOCIATIONS COOPÉRATIVES 1. Subject to subsection 2(2), fees shall be paid to the Registrar in accordance with the Schedule. R-096-2013,s.2.

(1) In this section, "public body" means a department, branch or office of any level of government, including Crown corporations, boards or commissions, in Canada. 2.

(1) Dans le présent article, «organisme public» s’entend d’un ministère, d’une direction ou d’un bureau de tout ordre de gouvernement au Canada, y compris les sociétés de la couronne, les conseils ou les commissions.

(2) No fee shall be paid by the following for the services referred to in item 2 of the Schedule: (

a) a law enforcement agency in Canada; (

b) a public body carrying out an investigation or proceeding authorized by an enactment that leads or could lead to the imposition of a penalty or sanction under the enactment.

(2) Les organismes qui suivent ne versent aucun droit pour les services visés au numéro 2 de l’annexe :

a) l’organisme chargé de l’exécution de la loi au Canada;

b) l’organisme public qui entreprend une enquête ou une procédure autorisée par un texte qui mène ou peut mener à l’imposition d’une peine ou d’une sanction en application du texte.

(3) Notwithstanding subsection (2), a public body shall pay a fee for a search referred to in paragraph 2(

a) of the

Schedule if the search is conducted using the online search system provided by the Registrar. R-096-2013,s.2.
