CHAPTER U An Ordinance to Amend tlie Yukon Territorial Public Service Ordinance. (Awiitnt to 1st April. 1!)11.J The Commissioner of the Yukon Territory, by and villi the advice and consent of the Council of said Terri tory, enacts as follows: I

Section 11 of said Ordinance is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "11. The Department of the Territorial Treasurer shall be presided over by the Territorial Treasurer, who shall be the head of said Department.'' 2. {Section 17 of said Ordinance is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "17. The Department of the Territorial Secretary shall be presided over by tbe Territorial Treasurer for the time being, vlto shall he the head of said Department."

CHAPTER 9. i An Ordinance for Granting to the Commissioner Certain Sums of Money to Defray the Expenses of the Public Service of the Y rukon Territory for the Twelve Months From March 31st, 1911, to March 31st, 1912, and for Purposes Relating Thereto. (A/twilled to 1st ipril, 1911.)

Whereas, It appears by Message from Alexander Henderson, Esquire, K. ('., the Commissioner of the Yukon Territory, and the Estimates accompanying the same, that the sums hereinafter mentioned in

Schedule "A" to this Ordinance are required to defray certain ex penses of the Public Service of the Yukon Territory, and for other purposes relating thereto for the twelve months ending March 31st, 1912; It is, therefore, hereby enacted by the Commissioner, by and with the advice and consent of the Council of the Yukon Territory, as follows: 1 F»'oni and out of the funds at the disposal of the Yukon Council there shall, and may, be paid and applied a sum not exceeding in the whole Three Hundred and One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, for defraying the several charges and expenses of the Public Service fifflft^Klu^
