section 360 of the Elections and Plebiscites Act and every enabling power, makes the Plebiscite Forms Regulations. Le commissaire, sur la recommandation du directeur général des élections, en vertu de l’article 360 de la

Loi sur les élections et les référendums et de tout pouvoir habilitant, prend le Règlement sur les formules référendaires. 1. The prescribed form of the ballot paper for a plebiscite referred to in subsection 110(2) of the Act is set out in Form 1 of the Schedule. 1. Le bulletin de vote référendaire prévu au paragraphe 110(2) de la Loi doit être établi selon la formule 1 de l’annexe. 2. The Plebiscite Regulations , established by regulation numbered R-011-92, are repealed. 2. Le Règlement sur les référendums , pris par le règlement n° R-011-92, est abrogé. 1
