PER CURIAM. We reverse the order of the circuit court denying the petition for writ of mandamus with directions to consider the forfeiture of gain-time issue on the merits. We affirm that portion of the order which denied relief on the issue of sentence structure. AFFIRMED in part, REVERSED in part. ERVIN, JOANOS and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., concur.
