Either:  File an Alternative Dispute Resolution Stipulation form OR  Contact any mediator from the Court’s list (both sides must agree on the same mediator) The mediator will handle the rest! The mediator will set a date and time for mediation. The mediator will provide the place. If you settle your case, the mediator will handle the paperwork. WHAT IS THE REDUCED COST? You can try mediation for only $300 total, per case. This covers up to two hours! Many cases can settle in that time. If everyone wants to mediate longer, each mediator charges an hourly rate.
