California Superior Local Rules

Superior Court of California County of Orange November 18, 2016 NOTICE EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROPOSED LOCAL RULES JANUARY 1, 2017 As the Courts are required to periodically review their Local Rules to ensure they are current and in compliance with existing statutes, state rules, and local practices, the Orange County Superior Court proposed revisions to the Local Rules of Court in compliance with the Government Code

section and the California Rules of Court, rule 10.613. The proposed revisions will become effective July 1, 2016 if approved by the Judicial Council. The rules impacted by the proposed changes if approved by the Judicial Council are listed below.
