Constitutional Oath of Office I, , do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution o f the United States and the Constitution of the State of California; that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter. 3.

Court Reporter Agreement By signing this agreement, and accepting the appointment as an official reporter pro tempore for this proceeding, the reporter takes and subscribes the constitutional oath of office above, and confirms and agrees the following:

(1) He/she has a valid, current California Certi fied Shorthand Reporter License.

(2) To maintain current contact information with the Court Reporter Services Office of the court . ( 3) To be in good standing with the Court Reporters Board of California.

(4) That all fees for reporting services, including a ppearance, transcript, and real -time fees, are the responsibility of the part y(ies) who arranged the reporter services and may not be charged to the court.

(5) To comply with all statutes and rules applicab le to official reporters pro tempore, including the duty to timely prepare tr anscripts, including those for appeal, in the required form.

(6) To demonstrate the highest standards of ethicality and impartiality in the performance of their duties.

(7) To comply with the court’s requirements as stated in the Official Reporter Pro Tempore Policy (SDSC Form # ADM-315), including those regarding uploading electronic notes on a timely basis .

(8) To follow directions from the court, and to be subject to the jurisdiction of the court to the same extent as an official reporter.
