The lawsui t is enti tled Bri etta Cooper v. Ci ty of San Di ego, San Di ego Superi or Court Case No. 37-2-23-00034308U-PA-CTL (Li ti gati on). B.

In closed sessi on on Apri l 20,2026, the Ci ty Counci l, by the followi ng votes: Yeas, Di stri cts 1,2,3,4, 5,6, 7, 8 , and 9; Nays, none; Absent, none; approved the settlement of the Li ti gati on for an amount consi stent wi th the amount set forth below.
