STATE OF FLORIDA OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 26-118 (Amending Executive Order 25-129, as amended by Executive Orders 25-207, 25-220, and 26-94) WHEREAS, the Honorable KA THERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE, State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, was assigned by Executive Order 25-129, as amended by Executive Orders 25-207, 25-220, and 26-94, to handle charges pending against Paul Keon Hayes for petit theft 2nd degree - 3rd subsequent offense (5 counts), trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance (2 counts), possession of antishoplifting control device countermeasure, petit theft, possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer - obstruct without violence and a probable cause affidavit has been filed for petit theft; and WHEREAS, the Honorable HAROLD F.

PRYOR, State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, has advised me that Paul Keon Hayes has been arrested for petit theft 2nd degree - 3rd subsequent offense. NOW, THEREFORE, I, RON DESANTIS, Governor of Florida, in obedience to my solemn constitutional duty to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed," and pursuant to the Constitution and Laws ofthe State ofFlorida, do hereby issue the following Executive Order effective immediately:

Section 1. Executive Order 25-129, as amended by Executive Orders 25-207, 25-220, and 26-94, is hereby amended to include the arrest for petit theft 2nd degree - 3rd subsequent offense.

Section 2. Except as amended herein, Executive Order 25-129, as amended by Executive Orders 25-207, 25-220, and 26-94, is ratified and reaffirmed.
