STATE OF FLORIDA OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 26-81 (AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 26-62) WHEREAS, the Honorable HAROLD F.

PRYOR, State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, was assigned by Executive Order 26-62 to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida to handle charges pending against Joel Antonio Vega for sexual battery; and WHEREAS, the Honorable ALEXCIA COX, State Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, has advised me that Joel Antonio Vega has since been arrested for sexual battery in a separate case; and NOW, THEREFORE, I, RON DESANTIS, Governor of Florida, in obedience to my solemn constitutional duty to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed," and pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, do hereby issue the following Executive Order effective immediately:

Section 1. Executive Order 26-62 is hereby amended to include the new arrest for sexual battery.

Section 2. Except as amended herein, Executive Order 26-62 is ratified and reaffirmed.
