Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8
Section 1. Subsection (7) is added to
section 483.801, 10 Florida Statutes, to read: 11 483.801 Exemptions.—This part applies to all clinical laboratories and clinical laboratory personnel within this state, except: 14
(7) Persons performing alternate-site testing in accordance with s. 395.0091 within a hospital or hospital-based off-campus emergency department licensed under
chapter 395. 17
