An act relating to a review under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; amending s. 112.31446, F.S., which provides exemptions from public records requirements for secure login credentials held by the Commission on Ethics and certain information entered into the electronic filing system for financial disclosures; 7 deleting the scheduled repeal of the exemption; 8 providing an effective date. 9
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11
Section 1. Paragraph
(
c) of subsection (6) of
section 13 112.31446, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 14 112.31446 Electronic filing system for financial disclosure.— 16 (6) 17
(
c) This subsection is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature. 21
