Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section

Section 258.603, Florida Statutes, is created to read: 11 258.603 Andrew “Red” Harris Shoal designated.— 12

(1) Shoal S13 within the Jupiter Inlet is designated as the 13 “Andrew “Red” Harris Shoal.” 14

(2) The Department of Environmental Protection is directed to erect suitable markers designating the “Andrew “Red” Harris Shoal” as described in subsection (1). 17

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026. 18
