An act relating to transportation facility designations; providing an honorary designation of a certain transportation facility in a specified county; 4 directing the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an effective date. 6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Deputy Sheriff Donta Manuel and Deputy Sheriff Jonathan Wallace Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 12

(1) That portion of S.R. 715/Bacom Point Road between W. 13 Morgan Road and S.W. 14th Street in Palm Beach County is designated as “Deputy Sheriff Donta Manuel and Deputy Sheriff Jonathan Wallace Highway.” 16

(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers designating Deputy Sheriff Donta Manuel and Deputy Sheriff Jonathan Wallace Highway as described in subsection (1). 20

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
