An act relating to transportation facility 2 designations; providing an honorary designation of a 3 certain transportation facility in a specified county; 4 directing the Department of Transportation to erect 5 suitable markers; providing an effective date. 6 7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8 9

Section 1. Deputy Sheriff Donta Manuel and Deputy Sheriff 10 Jonathan Wallace Highway designated; Department of 11 Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 12

(1) That portion of S.R. 715/Bacom Point Road between W. 13 Morgan Road and S.W. 14th Street in Palm Beach County is 14 designated as “Deputy Sheriff Donta Manuel and Deputy Sheriff 15 Jonathan Wallace Highway.” 16

(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 17 suitable markers designating Deputy Sheriff Donta Manuel and 18 Deputy Sheriff Jonathan Wallace Highway as described in 19 subsection (1). 20

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 21
