Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section

Section 1000.40, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11 1000.40 Future repeal of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.—Sections 1000.36, 13 1000.361, 1000.38, and 1000.39 and this

section shall stand repealed on July 1, 2025 2022, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature. 16

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 17
