An act relating to transportation facility designations; providing an honorary designation of a certain transportation facility in a specified county; 4 directing the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an effective date. 6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Arturo Diaz Artiles Plaza designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 11

(1) The intersection of S.W. 23rd Avenue and S.W. 8th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as “Arturo Diaz Artiles Plaza.” 14

(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers designating Arturo Diaz Artiles Plaza as described in subsection (1). 17

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
