section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: ▪ The father does not acknowledge that he has a substance abuse problems which could have an impact on the child; ▪ The parents are not receiving any services for their respective issues and the situation has not evolved since the child's placement; ▪ The situation does not allow a reintegration within the family environment and it is in the best interest of the child to remaining foster care; [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child's attorney, read the following report filed by Me Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection: D-1 Court Report dated November 7, 2011; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; CONSEQUENTLY THE COURT : DECLARES that the security and development of the child is still compromise; GRANTS the petition; EXTENDS the decision rendered June 22 nd , 2011; ORDERS that the child entrusted into foster care till June 30, 2012 with reintegration with the father if the situation permits; ORDERS that the contacts between the child and his parents be according the modalities of the [Center A] and supervised if judged necessary; ORDERS that the child is never in the presence of alcohol and/or drug consumption; ORDERS that the court takes act that the father agrees to submit blood or wine samples for alcohol consumption and provide copies to his [Center A] worker; ORDERS that the child receives the required services for his health; ORDERS that the father actively participates in a service for alcohol dependency;

ORDERS that the mother actively participates in a personal counselling service; ORDERS that the mother actively participates in a service for parental abilities; ORDERS that the parents actively cooperate in the elaboration and application of the intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of the Youth Protection provide aid, counsel and assistance to the child and the family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
