STEFANY HAMEL Defendant ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The plaintiff entered into an agreement with the defendant on August 18, 2014. The defendant was to pay brokerage fees for the sale of her condo. After the condo’s sale, the defendant paid part of the fees only. The balance owing is 1,535.49$. [ 2 ] The defendant has sent a cheque in the amount of 500.00$ which bounced back, because of insufficient funds. [ 3 ] She still owes this amount of money.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 4 ] CONDEMNS the defendant to pay to plaintiff the amount of 1,535.49$ to the plaintiff, with interests at the legal rate plus the additional indemnity stipulated in
