[ 2 ] The representative of Plaintiff 3235149 Canada Inc., doing business under the name of Real Transport, exposed the facts relating to its claim. [ 3 ] His company 3235149 Canada Inc. ("Canada Inc.") has rendered transport services for the benefit of the Defendant, a company doing business under the name of GeoBento ("Geobento"). [ 4 ] Canada Inc. issued invoices for the services rendered.

These invoices are produced in the Court record as Exhibits P-1 A, P-1 B, P-1 C and P-1 D. All those invoices total the sum of 18 886,20 $. [ 5 ] A mise en demeure was duly sent to the Defendant 7039671 Canada Inc. but the Defendant refused to pay. [ 6 ] The appropriate proof has been made. The invoices have been produced.

The amounts are due by 7039671 Canada Inc. to 3235149 Canada Inc. [ 7 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: GRANTS the present motion; CONDEMNS the Defendant 7039671 Canada Inc. to pay to the Plaintiff 3235149 Canada Inc., the sum of 18 886,20 $ with interest at the legal rate and the special indemnity provided for by
