The application was heard on March 23, 2021 before Goodridge J.A. The following memorandum of disposition was filed on March 24, 2021 by Goodridge J.A. ______________________________________________________________ MEMORANDUM OF DISPOSITION Goodridge J.A.: [ 1 ] This is an application for directions, arising from the October 25, 2019, decision of this Court ( 2019 NLCA 70 ). In that decision, this Court allowed the appeal on one issue (spousal support clause in a separation agreement) and ordered a rehearing of that issue.

The appellant now seeks directions as to whether the original trial judge is disqualified from rehearing the issue, and directions as to the appropriate process for the rehearing. [ 2 ] This Court dismissed the application and declined to give directions. The application, for the most part, sought an expansion, and

interpretation, of the October 25, 2019 decision. The decision speaks for itself, and an expansion, or clarifying

interpretation as to what was intended, is not necessary or appropriate.

Application dismissed.
