[ 5 ] The child lives with the petitioners-adopters since June 8 th, 2010. [ 6 ] The reports produced under Exhibits R-8 and R-9 reveal that the petitioners-adopters have the necessary qualities to assume the parental authority towards the child. [ 7 ] Considering the interest of the child and respect for their rights.
