QC CA); [9] Finally, WHEREAS, with regards to the moral damages being claimed, the evidence presented was insufficient (s. 2803 and2804 of the Civil Code of Quebec); WHEREFORE THE COURT HEREBY: DISMISSES plaintiff’s claim; DISMISSES the cross-demand;
