section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The children have been entrusted to a foster family for a six months period with reinsertion if the situation permits it; - Actually, the mother has the opportunity to live in a specific resource (Residential Program of Center for mother and children); - The mother still requires support in regard of the domestic violence but the children can be entrusted to her as long as she agrees to reside at this specific resource. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the children is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on September 25 th , 2012; ORDERS that X and Y be entrusted to Mrs.
A at the condition that her and the children resides in a specific resource identified by Youth Protection Services (Residential Program of a Center for mother and children) for a period of nine months; ORDERS that Mr. B receives services related to his state (mental health, substance abuse, anger management) and applies the recommendations of the professionals; RECOMMENDS that X and Y receives services related to their state;
ORDERS that Mrs.
A receives services related to her state (domestic violence); ORDERS that both parents completes their parenting skill program; ORDERS that both parents participates actively to their follow-up with CJ[A] and partners; ORDERS that the contacts between the children and their father be supervised as long as deemed necessary and according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that the parents reports to DPJ every 15 days; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and their family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
