Lamer, as well as the hearing on the issue raised by the letter of Chief Justice Duval-Hesler dated December 12, 2012, in order to determine whether the Appellant ought to be declared a

quarrelsome litigant. [ 2 ] In the meantime, the parties will provide the Clerk of the Court with a copy of the documents pertaining to the Appellant's financial eligibility to Legal Aid and to his appeal of the decision of The Commission des Services juridiques, dated March 15, 2012, which concluded that the Appellant is not eligible.

This question is related to the application for appointment of counsel and the Appellant will sign the requisite authorization. [ 3 ] The Crown will send to the Court a copy of the minutes of the Superior Court containing the two judgments rendered by Mr Justice Vincent. [ 4 ] This order will be faxed to Mtre. Santoro.
