The following is the judgment delivered by THE COURT [ 1 ] The only issue on this appeal is whether the Appeals Tribunal erred in concluding that the appellant’s right elbow injury did not arise out of and in the course of her employment.

Having regard to the nature of the issue posed and the applicable standard of review, we have not been persuaded judicial intervention is warranted.
