Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing the Applicants’ motion for interim release pending the ruling of the judicial review of the Minister’s decision; [ 2 ] Considering the consent of the Respondent and the undertakings suggested forth by same; FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion for interim release pending the ruling of the judicial review of the Minister’s decision; [ 4 ] ORDERS the Applicants to sign the following undertakings: As regards Sima March : a. Keep the peace, be of good behavior and attend Court whenever required; b. Reside at [...], Outremont, [...]; c.

Not change her address without prior authorization from the Court; d. Abstain from leaving the province of Quebec; e. Continue to report to the Quartier général de la GRC, 4225 Dorchester, Westmount, between 9h00 AM and 4h00 PM, and sign the register once a week, on Monday; f. Abstain from applying for a passport from any country; g. Leave her United States passport, if any, with the authorities; h. Leave her Israeli passport with the authorities, who already have it in their possession; i. Abstain from communicating or attempting to communicate in any matter with Eskew Young and Goldklam Meshilim; j.

Not negotiate or contract any mortgages in Canada; k. Surrender into the custody of the Maison Tanguay detention center, twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Court of Appeal’s hearing regarding the judicial review of the Minister’s decision; l. Leave the deposit of the $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) already deposited in the Office of the Superior Court, judicial district of Montréal. As regards Alexander March : a. Keep the peace, be of good behavior and attend Court whenever required;
