Defendant ______________________________________________________________________ SAFEGUARD ORDER ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] THE COURT , after examination of the procedures and the proof; [ 2 ] GIVEN that Plaintiff requests that the Court render a Safeguard Order; [ 3 ] GIVEN the exhibits filed into the Court Record, including the Lease between the parties (Exhibit P-1); [ 4 ] GIVEN the agreement filed into the Court Record between Defendant 9335-9420 Québec Inc. and the Plaintiffs with respect to the issuance of such an order; [ 5 ] GIVEN that Plaintiff has proved that the Application for Safeguard Order is well founded; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: ORDERS Defendant 9335-9420 Quebec Inc. to pay Plaintiffs Gestion Résidentielle Metcap Inc. and 9158-1363 Quebec Inc. the amount of $2,072.93 representing the rent for the month of July 2017, within five (5) days of the present judgment; ORDERS Defendant 9335-9420 Quebec Inc. to pay Plaintiffs Gestion Résidentielle Metcap Inc. and 9158-1363 Quebec Inc. the amount of $2,072.93 representing the rent for the month of August 2017, within five (5) days of the present judgment; ORDERS Defendant 9335-9420 Quebec Inc. to pay Plaintiffs Gestion Résidentielle Metcap Inc. and 9158-1363 Quebec Inc. on the first day of each month, starting September 1, 2017, the amount of $2,072.93 for the duration of the proceedings, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Lease (Exhibit P-1); RESERVES unto the parties their rights to contest all the amounts owing under the agreement filed into the Court Record and regarding
