s) Quentin Desrosiers and Lory Beauregard Clerks BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The appellant seeks to extend the delay for the production of his factum to September 17, 2018. The Crown objects on the ground that many prior extensions have been sought by the appellant and allowed by various judges, yet the appellant continues to seek additional extensions in what amounts according to the Crown, to a relatively simple appeal file. [ 2 ] Though there is merit to the Crown’s position, the appellant has convinced me that he should be given a one final extension.
