DECISION [ 1 ] The motion for a stay of execution of a decision of the Court of King’s Bench dated December 14, 2023, pending the disposition of the appeal, is allowed with costs of $1,500. [ 2 ] Parenting time shall be as delineated in the Interim Order of Justice Petrie dated October 31, 2023, until further order of the Court. [ 3 ] There will be a case management conference regarding the status of the appeal and the appellant’s undertaking to perfect the appeal expeditiously the last week of January 2024. Date and time to be determined.

DÉCISION [1] La motion en suspension de l’exécution d’une décision de la Cour du Banc du Roi en date du 14 décembre 2023, jusqu’à ce qu’une décision soit rendue en appel, est accueillie avec dépens de 1 500 $. [2] Le temps parental sera divisé selon l’ordonnance provisoire du juge Petrie du 31 octobre 2023, jusqu’à nouvelle ordonnance de la Cour. [3] Une conférence de gestion de l’instance au sujet de l’état de l’appel et de l’engagement de l’appelante de mettre l’appel en état de manière expéditive sera tenue pendant la dernière semaine de janvier 2024.

La date et l’heure de cette conférence seront fixées ultérieurement.
