Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing Applicants’ motion for release from prison; [ 2 ] Considering the consent of Respondent; THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion for release from prison; [ 4 ] ORDERS the release of the Applicants; Sima March and Alexander March on the following conditions: SIMA MARCH : • Keep the peace, be of good behavior and attend Court whenever required; • Reside at [...], Outremont, [...]; • Not change her address without prior authorization from the Court; • Abstain from leaving the province of Québec; • Continue to report to the Quartier général de la GRC, 4225 Dorchester, Westmount, between 9h00 AM and 4h00 PM, and sign the register once a week, on Monday; • Abstain from applying for a passport for any country; • Leave her Canadian passport with the authorities, who already have it in their possession; • Abstain from communicating or attempt to communicate in any matter with the accomplices Eskew Young and Goldklam Meshilim; • Do not negotiate or contract any mortgages in Canada; • Leave her Israeli passport with Immigration Canada, who already has it in its possession; • Surrender into the custody of the Maison Tanguay detention center, 24 hours prior to the hearing of the Judicial review of the Minister’s decision by the Appeal Court; • Leave the deposit of the $10 000 (ten thousand dollars) already deposited in the district judicial of Montréal.
