section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: - The child is in a situation in which her parents do not meet the child's basic needs, they are failing to provide the child with the appropriate supervision. [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant Mrs. [Social Worker 1]. [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child are compromise for the motives alleged in the said petition; ORDERS that X be entrusted to her father; ORDERS the mother to not be alone with Y or/and X unless authorized by a person working for the [Center A] and according to its conditions; RECOMMENDS that the parents participate in a follow up in regards to their mental health and follows the professional's recommendations; RECOMMENDS that the parents participate in a follow up in order to improve their parental abilities and that they put in application the recommendations; ORDERS that X receives the care required for her personal situation (medical); RECOMMENDS that the parents participate actively with the elaboration and application of the intervention plan's; ORDERS that the parents will report periodically on the means used to put an end to the compromising situation; ORDERS that the person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of twelve months; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
