Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The reasons that led Justice Marcotte to dismiss the leave application of the petitioner, co-plaintiff in the Court of Quebec, Jean Djoufo, as they relate to the absence of any question of law that would justify an examination by this Court, pursuant to paragraph No. 1 of the first paragraph of

article 26 of the Code of Civil Procedure , apply with equal force to the present application for leave to appeal, despite the fact that the proposed grounds of appeal, in this matter, are not identical to those in the motion presented to Justice Marcotte. FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 2 ] DISMISSES the motion for leave to appeal, without costs.
