section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - There is a serious relationship conflict between the adolescent and her father therefore it is in her best interest to remain in the group home. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sylvain Meunier, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection: [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; CONSEQUENTLY THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered December 7 th , 2011; ORDERS that X be entrusted to the care of a group home for a period of three months with a reintegration in a foster home when the situation permits; RECOMMENDS that Mr.

A seeks and receives services to help in his parenting; ORDERS that the visits with Mr. A be according to the modalities of CJO/KZHSS; RECOMMENDS that X seeks and receives services for anger management to help with her communication/social skills and her intellectual developmental delays; ORDERS that the [Center A] provides counsel, aid and follow-up to the adolescent and her family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
