[ 1 ] Le Tribunal est saisi d'une requête en révision d'une ordonnance rendue par le soussigné le 3 juin 2015. [ 2 ] JH5272 Le Directeur recommande la poursuite du placement jusqu'à la fin juin.

Les parties consentent. [ 3 ] L'adolescente ne manifeste plus de pensées suicidaires. Elle travaille à régler son problème de désordre alimentaire. [ 4 ] En août 2015, elle intègre avec succès le foyer de groupe A. Les visites à la maison commencent graduellement vers la mi- septembre. [ 5 ] X participe au programme Dialectical Behavior Therapy à l'hôpital Douglas. Tous s'entendent pour dire que depuis la période des fêtes, les visites à la maison sont positives. [ 6 ] Les parties ont signé un consentement à jugement qui respecte l'intérêt de l'enfant.

FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 7 ] CONSIDERS that security and development of the adolescent are still compromised; [ 8 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection A, who shall then see that the measures are carried out; [ 9 ] ORDERS the placement of the X in a rehabilitation center until June 31, 2016; [ 10 ] TAKES JUDICIAL NOTICE that X and her mother will continue to participate in the [group home A] program; [ 11 ] TAKES JUDICIAL NOTICE that X and her mother will continue to actively participate in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy at the Douglas Hospital; [ 12 ] TAKES JUDICIAL NOTICE that X will continue to attend meetings at the Eating Disorders Clinic as required and follow through with their recommendations; [ 13 ] ORDERS the Director to provide aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her mother until December 21, 2016.
